We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) to the continental U.S. Rates are based on USPS Priority Mail and depends on the weights and dimensions of the items. For shipping outside the U.S. please contact us for shipping rates.
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Standard shipping time for USPS Priority Mail is 3-5 business days. Please allow up to 10 days for your order to arrive.
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
If you receive an order that is damaged, please contact the BART Customer Services Center to file a claim and to arrange a return or exchange. Please save all packing material, barcode tags, and damaged items.
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your items for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund excluding shipping costs. Please see below for more information on our return policy. Returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a shipping option that provides tracking details for your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
