In-Store Pickup

Customers may select free "In-store Pickup" at checkout. You will receive an email once your order is ready to be picked up. Please come within 5 business days of the date of that email. Orders not picked up will be cancelled and refunded. Keep in mind that specialty, limited-run items will be put back on Railgoods for others to purchase.


To pick up your order, visit us at the BART Customer Services Center inside the Lake Merritt Station in Oakland, CA. Hours: 8:30am to 4:45pm, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). 



Shipping Method

We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) within the U.S. Rates are based on USPS First Class and Priority Mail and depends on the weights and dimensions of the package. For shipping outside the U.S. please contact us for shipping rates.


Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Standard shipping time for USPS Priority Mail is 3-5 business days. Please allow up to 10 days for your order to arrive.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.



If you receive an order that is damaged, immediately contact us to file a claim and to arrange a return or exchange. Please save all packing material, barcode tags, and damaged items.


Missing Packages

If your tracking information is showing your package as delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us so we can verify the package was shipped out. Because we use a third-party delivery service (USPS), we cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages once they leave our facility. 



We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your items, you may return it to us for a refund, excluding shipping costs. Returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the receipt date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


Return Process

To return an item, please email the BART Customer Services Center at [email protected] or call (510) 464-7136 for instructions. The item must be received before a refund can be issued.


Please note, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a shipping option that provides tracking details for your return. Or visit us at the Lake Merritt Station to process the return in person.



After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you when your return has been processed.
